Kenneth T. Gallo, Esq. secures $450,000 Jury Verdict

June 30, 2017 - Kenneth T. Gallo, Esq. secured a jury verdict in the amount of $450,000 in a matter which was tried in Essex County before the Hon. Robert H. Gardner, J.S.C. Plaintiff was rear-ended by the defendant and suffered injury. Mr. Gallo obtained a directed verdict on the issue of liability at the close of party submissions and, following jury deliberation, damages were returned in the amount of $450,000.
